Your order number if you have one. If a pair arrived damaged, attach a photo and we will sort it without asking you to ship anything back at your own cost.

Common reasons people write

The strength is not right. Tell us your order number and your age band and we will exchange it. This is normal and we do it often.
Where is my order? Have your order number ready. See the shipping page for what is normal and when to worry.
I want to return. Start at Returns & Refunds — email us first for a return authorisation.
Not sure these are right for me. Ask. If you have astigmatism or need different strengths in each eye, we will tell you not to buy.
